By accessing or using the website at biloxiconcretecompany.com or by engaging Premier Biloxi Concrete for concrete contractor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other users of the site.
Premier Biloxi Concrete provides concrete contractor services including, but not limited to, driveway construction, patio installation, sidewalk building, foundation work, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, and related services in Biloxi, MS and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a signed project contract. Descriptions on our website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Estimates provided by Premier Biloxi Concrete - whether by phone, email, online form, or in person - are non-binding until a written project contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, project scope, material costs, or other factors change after the estimate is provided.
We will notify you of any material changes to scope or pricing before proceeding with additional work. You are not obligated to accept a revised estimate.
Project scheduling is subject to crew availability, permit timelines, weather conditions, and material lead times. We will provide you with an estimated start date and communicate any changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, notify us in writing as early as possible. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
Payment terms are established in the signed project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless the contract specifies different terms.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your project contract. Premier Biloxi Concrete reserves the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding unpaid balances.
For projects requiring local building permits, Premier Biloxi Concrete will obtain the necessary permits through the appropriate local authority before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Costs for permits are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate. Work will not begin until required permits are in place.
Premier Biloxi Concrete stands behind the quality of our work. Any workmanship warranty specific to your project will be stated in your signed project contract. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature, settling or movement of the ground beyond our control, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Concrete is a natural material subject to normal environmental variation. Minor surface imperfections, color variation, and hairline cracking are characteristics of concrete and are not considered defects. Control joints are installed to manage typical concrete movement and are part of standard construction practice.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project needs. You are responsible for ensuring the project site is accessible on scheduled work days, including removing vehicles, personal property, and obstructions from the work area before the crew arrives. Failure to prepare the site as requested may result in a rescheduled start date or additional charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Biloxi Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
